Baby boy

Saturday night at 12:22 am my phone rang, momma's water had broke and she was headed to the hospital. It was wonderful to be a part of this miracle. She did a fabulous job, as did dad. He was a wonderful labor coach and she did amazing! They had their first child and became a new family. I love being a doula and I love birth! God is amazing and a woman's body can do amazing things!

My first delivery!

I attended my first birth last week and it was amazing! Momma did fabulous and had a beautiful healthy baby. We focused on certain acupressure points and breathing and she did amazing. It was a learning experience and I was proud to be there for her. I love being a doula!

A doula I shall become :)

I am excited about the journey that I am about to endeavour.... I am going to become a doula!!

I started my classes and have my first birth schedule in the next month or so(or as soon as baby decides to make and appearance:) Pregnancy and birth along with my other passions homeopathy, oils and holistic living are coming together in a very awesome way! I personally always love to learn and when I am learning something I love its even better.

I will be sharing thoughts and information about the awesome gift of life that we are able to take part in!
